Artwork text

A young woman sits on a bench in a Baroque park (Schönbrunn). The absolute stillness of the camera makes visible the movement of the wind through the leaves and the woman’s hair, as well as the batting of her eyelids, the parting of her lips, and her indiscernible smile. A large Baroque birdcage symbolizes a desperate mental situation.
