We authorize the reproduction of image material relating to works in the Generali Foundation Collection—Permanent Loan to the Museum der Moderne Salzburg. The use of image material as a pictorial citation pursuant to §42f of the Austrian Copyright Act and pursuant to §51 of the German Copyright Act in an academic paper or lecture is free of charge for the purpose of explaining the intellectual argument and content within the framework of a supporting proof function. The gratuitousness does not affect the requirement to obtain permission for use and to provide the correct caption. For any kind of commercial use and publication, costs will be incurred depending on the purpose of use. A specimen copy for our library is obligatory in all cases. Requests for press material should be sent to Press.
